How this works
We're having a destination wedding! While we'd love to see you all there, we understand it’s a big commitment. Join us if you can, but please don’t feel pressured if it’s not the right time for you.

Base Package
To make it as affordable as possible for our guests, we’ve partnered with a destination wedding planner to offer a package that includes round-trip flights from Toronto to Cancun, a checked bag, airport transfers, and a 7-night stay at the all-inclusive Riu Latino Resort. The cost is $1838 per person (taxes and fees included) for a Courtyard View Room, based on double occupancy. This package covers everything for your stay and is the option most guests will likely choose.

Package Modifications​
You can customize your package by changing the room type (e.g., Ocean View, Swim Out), adjusting the number of guests per room (up to 3), opting for a 3 or 5-day stay, or removing flights to fly from another airport. Pricing details for these modifications are available through our planner via the RSVP link.

Payments
​There is some flexibility in how payments are made. While the resort requires a $250 non-refundable deposit to RSVP, the full balance isn’t due until July 30, 2025. You can pay in full upfront, in instalments, or as lump sums. All payments go directly to the travel agency via the RSVP link.
Naturally, opting for a 3 or 5-day stay will lower costs and we encourage you to select the option that makes the most sense for you. Just remember our wedding day is October 17th!

Package Modifications
How to modify
We are able to make the below changes to the base package. For flights outside of Toronto, a shorter stay or a room upgrade, our wedding planning Shelly will help create a modified package. Before submitting your RSVP email her with your modification request shelley@escapes.ca with the subject line "Pat and Chloe's wedding"

Flying from outside Toronto
The base package includes airfare from Toronto Pearson Airport. If you need to fly from elsewhere, our planner Shelly can assist you in package modifications. Email her before submitting your RSVP at shelley@escapes.ca with the subject line "Pat and Chloe's wedding"

More or less people per room
For a solo room the package price increases to $2298.00
For a 3 person room (2 beds) the package price decreases to $1798.00 per person. Please note the number of guests you'll room with and their names in the RSVP form.

A shorter stay
If you’d prefer a 3 or 5-day stay, contact our planner Shelly at shelley@escapes.ca with the subject line "Pat and Chloe's wedding". She’ll arrange a shorter package for you. Just ensure you arrive by October 16th to make our October 17th wedding!

Room type
The base package includes a courtyard view room, but ocean view and swim-up rooms are available for an extra cost. To upgrade, contact our planner Shelly shelley@escapes.ca with the subject line "Pat and Chloe's wedding" for pricing and availability. Upgrades can be made after RSVP if the room type is still available.
